For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
Shipping Notifications
From creating an account through to placing an order, selecting its method of shipping, and paying for your purchase, awaiting its arrival, emails are sent to customers at every stage of the process, not only shipping confirmations and delivery tracking.
The following types of email notifications are examples of what kinds are sent to customers purchasing products and services, although might not apply to every type of order or situation.
You can expect for Customer Accounts emails detailing: Account created, Account verification, Reset password, Password updated, Email change, Email change verification.
For Payments: Payment successful, Payment declined.
For General Orders: Order confirmed, Order confirmed - payment in progress, Order refunded, Order refund initiated, Product not available.
For Subscriptions: Subscription renewal, if enabled, Subscription canceled, Subscription verification needed.
For Fulfillment: Order fulfilled, Ready for pickup, Out for delivery, Downloads.
For Customer Engagement: Waitlist, Follow-up reviews.
Likewise, the same kinds of emails for Content and Memberships, in addition to: Welcomes, Cancellations.
Transparency and accountability are priorities, while keeping customers informed is essential.
Shipping Variations
Individual carriers, depending on which options are available at the time of checkout for customers to choose, determine their own delivery standards and policies. It is best to consult with the carriers themselves for further details that might impact fulfillment.
The most economical and the fastest shipping options are automatically calculated at time of purchase based on the customer’s delivery address and their customer preferences, so carriers and availability of certain options offered by them individually may vary.
Any concerns or complaints about the delivery of products or services purchased should be taken up with the carrier responsible for delivery, while matters touching on availability, pricing, payments, transactions, and product or service quality should be taken up with either the website or the payment processor, respectively and respectfully.
Just as shipments and shipping methods vary, calculated at time of checkout when purchasing, so too do payment methods and how those payments are processed.
Other Considerations
The website, as the seller, will exercise its due diligence in providing timely and satisfactory resolutions to every dispute, limited only by the law and by the individual policies of the respective carriers and processors.
All prices are in Canadian Dollars and, depending on payment method and processor, will be automatically converted into the customer’s preferred currency at the time of purchase.
As currency exchange rates fluctuate, and individual financial institutions settle converted amounts according to their own rates and terms, customers might notice that the final purchase price as it appears on bank and credit card statements, when converted to their preferred currency, differs after final settling.
Note, also, that there might be fees for converting currencies, depending on payment method. If applicable, these currency conversion fees will be automatically applied by payment processors and/or financial institutions at the time of purchase. Adjustments, if any, will appear on your statements often within the next business day and usually no later than the same business week, after transactions are settled, while processing times vary.
All prices and shipping costs at the time of purchase are official and accurate, unless or until demonstrated by the customer to have been in error. DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. Couriers do not deliver to post offices, only the postal service does.
Not all shipping methods are available for certain items, such as same-day delivery. Shipping methods and carriers are calculated at the time of purchase during the checkout process.
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday–Friday.
To ensure same-day delivery, if applicable, orders must be placed by 12:00 p.m. (noon) AST/ADT (UTC-4/UTC-3).
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

DO YOU OFFER SAME-DAY DELIVERY IN THE HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA (HALIFAX REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY, HRM) AREA?
No. In-person pick-up, curbside, and personal delivery are not available to any customers in Halifax, Nova Scotia (Halifax Regional Municipality, HRM). Whether or not a carrier available to select at the time of checkout offers same-day delivery varies by individual carrier. You are encouraged to place your order and select from what options are calculated in real-time at the time of purchase.
