RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at shop@jonoborden.com to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, due to their personalized and/or intangible nature:
Divinations (Tarot Card Reading, Lenormand Card Reading, Playing Card Reading, Oracle Card Reading)
Incantations (Incantation Composition, Word[s] of Power Composition)
Sigils & Talismans (Sigil Design, Composition, and Consecration, Talisman Design, Composition, and Consecration)
Wisdom (Consultation by Aquilifer Eremita Urbanus, Audience with Aquilifer Eremita Urbanus)
Relics (Handwritten Poem, Autographed Portrait)

If you are, for any reason, 7 days after your purchase, not at all satisfied with your order(s) and the item(s) received, then please contact us, either by email to shop@jonoborden.com or through our online contact form at jonoborden.com/inquiry.
In your initial email, please let us know your issue or concern, what went wrong or was not quite right, how your expectations were not met, and how best we can fix it, requesting a return for either a refund or store credit or an exchange.
Note that the customer must pay shipping costs to return the item as we will not cover this, but that there is no restocking fee or any other cost.
Return packages must be postmarked by 7 days from the date of purchase.
Include a proof of purchase in your returned package. This can be your original receipt or invoice, and emails confirming your purchase.
A refund or store credit or an exchange will be processed within 7 days of the return package being received by us at our address.
